The email had no other purpose than disparaging Paraguay with his Narcoguay nomenclature and " threatening” his return to Asuncion, which has not happened since he left the country years ago.

Same Old Story
Luke continues to blame a massive global cover-up on journalists who will not cover his insane story. He continues to claim to hold a dossier but has never handed it over to any law enforcement agents. He also avoided court appearances where he could have prevented this evidentiary dossier. The golden dossier is as elusive as Luke’s military intelligence credentials.
Going Off the Rails
Now, Luke starts to up the absurdity. He starts by saying Paraguay (Narcoguay) and the US have no ties, forgetting President Hayes and the US’s history with Paraguay. He then starts attacking and defaming his once partner in Birdwood Capital, Rodolfo Vouga, who praises Luke sang just a few Birdwood posts before. He then ambiguously disparages intelligence agencies, claiming they have an “interest” in transcontinental narco-trafficking and child sex trafficking. Ok, bizarre.
The Victim and More Claims
Luke starts by presenting himself as a whistleblower victim now that people are fighting back against his lies and defamation. He goes on to once again make claims to have a room full of damning data and evidence, which somehow remains buried under Luke’s delusional claims and sensationalist storytelling in hopes that someone, anayone, will believe him and visit his websites - which he posts at the bottom of his message.

Turning Against All Who Don’t Support His Falsehoods

Luke has consistently turned on those who refuse to support his bizarre and unfounded claims. He has burned bridges across the U.S., Paraguay, Brazil, and likely now his homeland of Australia. His pattern of behavior is clear: when individuals distance themselves from his outrageous allegations, he quickly pivots to attack them publicly. This is exactly what he did to Rodolfo Vouga, a respected Paraguayan lawyer and with long-standing family, after Vouga distanced himself from Luke’s defamatory campaign. Luke even registered the domain www.vougaabogados.com to further attack Vouga and his family, another example of his malicious intent.
